SHIRLEY Verna Smith R.N. (Nee Loucks) Passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with Cancer surrounded by her family on Friday, April 20th, 2012. Born March 1st, 1932 in Cardinal Ontario. Graduated class of 53B at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. She leaves her loving Husband Frank. Daughter Michele, sons Lester and David and Daughter in-law Candace, Grandsons Kyle and Zachary, sister Jean Warner and Brother Don Loucks. Predeceased by sisters Marjorie and Helen. She will be sorely missed by all. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Cancer Society in her name would be greatly appreciated. Service and cremation has taken place.
