VELLA, Giovanna It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our loving and courageous Mother, Nonna, Sister and Aunt Giovanna Vella (nee Mirotta) who passed away suddenly at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on January 2, 2013. She will join her beloved husband Francesco Vella (predeceased 1973). Giovanna will be forever loved and missed by her children late Antonina (Vincenzo), Vincenzo (Giuseppina), Giuseppina (Calogero), Natale (Franca) and Giovanni (Nadia) as well as her grandchildren Antonella, Francesco, Luisa, Salvatore, Rosetta, Antonino, Giovanna, Roger and Francesco. Giovanna will be lovingly remembered by her brother Giuseppe and sister Maria and many nieces and nephews in Italy and Canada. She was predeceased by brothers Domenico, Angelo, Antonino and Salvatore and sisters Paola, Giuseppina, Antonina, Anna and Rosalia. Family and friends were received at T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge 519-623-1290 Friday, January 5th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Prayers and Rosary were recited at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at ST. AMBROSE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 210 South Street, Cambridge. Interment at Mount View Cemetery.
