Meghan Quinn and Luc Racine have announced their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Janice Quinn of Burlington, Ontario. She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University in Music Education and Ottawa University with a Bachelor of Education. She is employed by the Western Quebec School Board and the Ottawa Carlton School Board. The groom-to-be is the son of Gaétan and Jacqueline Racine of Dundee, New Brunswick. He is a graduate of Ottawa University with a degree in Commerce, specializing in International Business and Accounting. He is a Certified General Accountant currently working for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. The couple is planning a June wedding in Burlington, Ontario.
