FEENEY, Bill Passed away peacefully at Seaforth Community Hospital on Friday, June 21, 2013. William Joseph 'Bill' Feeney of Seaforth, formerly of Dublin, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Marie (nee Manley, Hicknell) Feeney, for eight years. Predeceased by his first wife Catherine (nee Krauskopf) Feeney (2003). Loving father of Sharon Feeney of Kitchener, Brenda Rickert (John Howard) of Conestogo and Francis Feeney of Gadsby, AB. Cherished grandpa of ten and great-grandpa of two. Loved step-father of Joseph Hicknell (Mary Ellen) of Port Stanley, Larry Hicknell (Frances) of Nipigon, Teresa Van Raay (Martin) of Dashwood, John Hicknell (Sheila) of Embro, Margaret Roney (Chris) of Bracebridge, Stephen Hicknell (Natasha Egorenkova) of Toronto; step-grandpa of thirteen and great-step-grandpa of four. Dear brother of Louise Maloney (Frank) of Kitchener, Rosemarie Murray of Kitchener and Catherine Melady of Egmondville. Bill will be fondly remembered by his sisters-in-law Lorraine Feeney of St. Marys, Patsy English of Kitchener and many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Catherine (nee Flanagan) Feeney, step-father Matthew Murray, brothers Leonard and Kenneth Feeney, brothers-in-law Cyril Murray, Theo Melady, Joe, John and Philip Krauskopf, and by his sister-in-law Mary Horan. Bill was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree, Fr. Stephen Eckert Council. Visitation will be held at McGlynn Family Funeral Home, 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Monday, June 24, from 2-4 (with Parish Prayers and the Rosary at 1:30 p.m. Monday) and 7-9 p.m. Bill's Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 3931 Perth Rd. 180, Dublin, on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow and interment of Bill's cremated remains will take place at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date. Immediately following the funeral mass a reception will be held in the church hall.
