He will be sadly missed by his crew. Steve loved his workmates as if they were family. The family would like to acknowledge and deeply thank all of their family and friends who have loved, helped and supported them during the past year. In addition, the family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Doctor Graeme Fraser and all of the wonderful nurses on C4 at the Juravinski Hospital for all of their love, empathy and compassion shown to Steve and his family. Your dedication to your patients is truly touching. Unfortunately treatment has not been successful; he and his family are fundraising in hopes of trialing a new treatment that is not currently covered by OHIP.
