SHERWOOD, Roger Frederick It is with great sadness that the family of Roger Sherwood announces his passing on September 2, 2016 in his 73rd year, at the Hamilton General Hospital. Roger is survived by his children Roger (Grace), Bill (Amanda) and Val (Fred). Loved papa to seven grandchildren. Dear companion and friend for 30 years to Barb Hill. Roger retired from Stelco following 42 years of service. The family will receive friends at the L.G. Wallace Funeral Home 151 Ottawa Street North, (905) 544-1147, on Monday, September 5, from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, September 6 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
