CRISPIN, Maxine BScN Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at home on November 25, 2017 at age 90 surrounded by her loving family, friends and devoted caregivers of Arbour Trails. Beloved of all who met her, she was an extraordinary wife to Edward, inspiring mother to Brian, Jane and Karen, affectionate mother-in-law to Andrew and Jim, delighted grandmother to Charles, Alexander, Emma and Isabella Jurczynski of London, UK and to Colin, Laura and Peter May of Vancouver BC, dear friend to many, teacher of Nursing and longtime associate Librarian at the Ontario Veterinary College. A memorial celebration will be held at Harcourt Church, 87 Dean Avenue Guelph N1G1L3 on Friday, January 5th at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions would be accepted to Harcourt Memorial United Church or the Alzheimer Society.
