Betty Lamble

We would like to thank everyone who helped us over the most difficult time of our lives with the death of our wife, and mother Betty Lamble. The outpouring of support has been most appreciated. To the Ross Funeral Chapel who handled the funeral arrangements, to my, or should I say our, Legion Comrades who participated in the Walk Through; to the Legion Ladies Auxiliary for their lovely service; to Father McMahon at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church for the Funeral Mass, to the Cobourg Legion ladies for the lovely funeral lunch and to all our family and friends who were able to attend, expressing their sympathy and respect and their memories of Betty, a huge thank you. It has been a long 5 years since Betty had her stroke, the heart attack and diabetes all around the same time, and three years since she went in the Golden Plough Lodge. It was a steady decline over those years. They were always very kind to Bob and me during our frequent visits, especially when Betty's time was drawing near. If we missed speaking with any of you at the funeral or at the lunch, our apologies. It was a very stressful day. So many people, so little time. Once again, thank you to all. Larry and Bob
