Anne STOCKLEY Obituary

STOCKLEY, Anne Marie Elechia Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, July 11, 2019, in her 75th year. Loving mother of Adam Ledwinka, Randy Claydon, Carey Claydon, Dale (Scott) Ben and predeceased by Lawrence Scott Claydon. Proud grandmother of RJ, Jesse, Ryan, Braydon, Samantha, Josh, Andrew and Chris as well as her great-granddaughter, Inara. Sister of James (Karen) Stockley and predeceased by Margaret Stockley, Carolynn McCrindle, Jacqueline Stockley. Daughter of the late Benjamin James and Elechia Stockley (Duffy). The previous employee of Petro-Canada, former Wedding Officiant of All Seasons Weddings, Milton District Hospital volunteer and Chairman of the Activity Committee Escarpment Probus. Raise a glass of white wine in her honour for a life well lived. Anne Marie was very proud of her heritage and was a proud Canadian. Cremation has taken place. Thank you to Dr. Beena Mathew and also to the wonderful Mississauga Halton LIN Palliative Care team for their compassionate care. Friends and family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 139 Martin St. Milton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2019 followed by a reception. Christian burial to be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 27, 2019 at the St. Columbkille Church in Uptergrove (4993 Hwy 12, Ramara, Ontario L3V 8E1) near Orillia with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Columbkille Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
