George MOORE Obituary

MOORE, George William March 24, 1945 - September 17, 2019 George William Moore passed away suddenly at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge on September 17, 2019 in his 75th year. His wife Sandra of 39 years and sister Suzanne at his side. He worked most of his life for Trillium Lakelands District Board of Education at BMLSS. He was born to Clarence and Mary (Naismith) Moore both deceased and survived by his wife Sandra (Brettell) Moore and his siblings Barbara (Glen predeceased) Hammell, Bernard (Peggie) Moore, Cynthia (Alan Pearson) Moore, Suzanne (Ken predeceased) Hodgkinson, David (Cathy) Moore, Peggy predeceased (Helmut) Bintakies, Paul (Karen) Moore, Janice Moore and Terry (Lyn) Moore plus numerous nieces and nephews which he was very fond of. Remembered by his sisters-in-law Dianna predeceased Brettell, Norma (Bill) King, Barbara (Steve) Smith, Carolyn predeceased (Gary) Arbon, and Betty (Dean) Waters. George loved his Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays and his love for country music. He will be sadly missed and loved. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Bracebridge Legion on November 9, 2019 at 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Messages of condolence may be given at www.reynoldsfuneral.com
