After this bit of time has passed and I do my best with my struggles Maureen remains my role model. She still sponsors me and I strive to get back to her expectations

David, Learning of Maureen’s passing is something I can’t get out of my head. She challenged me in those early days and made me “want to want it”, which for many years I lived by. Rough days for the past few years with my now husband...I am not sure that this is a good match but I am no longer lonely nor as sober as I could be. Every day I start with “keep it simple”. God bless Maureen
