O'BRIEN, Joseph Jean-Marc, (Johnny) 1965 - 2019 Suddenly, as a result of an accident on November 19, 2019 Jean passed away at the age of 54. He will be missed by his brother Ren? (Ruth) and his sisters Jeannette (Bucky) and Pauline and many nieces and nephews. He will stay forever in the hearts of Michelle Moss, his life partner, her children, Alain (Angel), Tiaa and Shawn; and grandchildren; Madison, Noah, Lucas, Gabriel and Grace. Predeceased by his parents William and Th?rèse (nee Nadeau), his sister Julie and his brother Claude. As a child Johnny was quite an accomplished little hockey player. He enjoyed playing his guitars, riding his motorcycle and most of all enjoyed spending time with Michelle, his stepchildren, and grandchildren. He loved to jam with his friends and did so most weekends. He was an extremely mechanically inclined soul and could always be counted on by friends and family to lend a hand repairing and maintaining anything mechanical. There will be a Celebration of Life for Jean on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at L'Auberge Richelieu., 565 River Rd., Welland from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. A private burial will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Hope Centre, 570 King St., Welland would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to WELLAND FUNERAL HOME.
