MCMAHON-WILLIAM B "Bill" It is with profound sadness that Bill's family share the news of his passing on Monday February 15th 2010 after a long battle fought with such courage, dignity and determination. Bill will be forever missed by beloved wife Barbara, cherished children Susan, Dawn and her husband Gary Johnson, Bill and his wife Mary Ellen, Bryan and wife Marilyn; and his adored grandchildren Bradley and Lindsay Johnson and Ashley, Stephanie, Nicole, Sarah and Kaitlyn McMahon. Brother of Murray and his wife Nancy. Sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Christina, brothers Gordon and Donald and his sister Patricia. Bill loved the outdoors and was a longtime member (1972) of the Brampton Golf Club where he spent many hours with family and friends. After retiring from the Peel Regional Police in 1990, Bill continued his love of golf while wintering in Florida. Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel", 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Wednesday February 17th from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday February 18th from 2-4 p.m. A Private Family Service will follow. Bill's message would be to enjoy every day to the fullest. That was his way and his wish to all.
