KENDRICK, Carolynne J. Many thanks to all our friends and relatives during our recent bereavement. Thanks for the many prayers of support from all of you. Special thanks to Dr. Robertson, all the Emergency Room nurses, Critical Unit nurses and the 4th Floor nurses. Also tributes of floral arrangements and donations to Carolynne's choice.
