With Sincere Thanks CONDON, Kim The family of the late Kimberly Condon wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to family, relatives, friends & neighbours for your visits, flowers, gifts, cards & meals during her hard fought battle with cancer. Special thanks to all the doctors and nurses at Cancer Centre P.R.H.C. Access Center, Prohome nurses, Mary, Linda & Becky, for their special care with Kim. Lisa McGowan for all her help in therapy. Thank you to Pastor Steve Kennedy & Dave & Meagan Condon for making the service so special. We would also like to thank everyone for the donations, cards, flowers & your love and support after Kim's passing. Thank you to Linda & Shelly for all the fudge that Kim & myself enjoyed very much.
