    Robinson, Jean (nee Tanner) 1941-2010 Peacefully and surrounded by her loving family, Jean passed away on Tuesday February 9th. Jean's strong faith and spirit carried her through her battle with Lymphoma, she fought so very hard, never gave up hope and inspired her family to do the same. Jean was pre-deceased by her son Robert Robinson, her parents Dorothy & John Tanner, her first husband Bernard Docherty & her ex-husband James Robinson. Jean is survived by her children David (Joanne) Robinson, Stephen (Susan) Robinson, Ben (Allyson) Robinson, Jim (Robin) Robinson & Lisa (Danny) Melo. Also left to mourn Jean are her brother Bob (Joan) Tanner, sister Doris (Larry) Leuschner & Jean's best friend and partner Ian Eddy. Jean's grandchildren Amanda, Michael, Jordan, Chloe, Dylan, Nicholis, Kaiya & Luke, along with numerous nephews, nieces, extended family & friends will miss her dearly. Jean will be fondly remembered by Ruth & Ron McRae & her colleagues at the Red Cross. Jean will be remembered for her love of life, her kind and gentle spirit and the joy she brought to those in need she helped, each and every day. Friends may call at the Funeral Home of Skinner & Middlebrook Ltd. 128 Lakeshore Rd. E. (one block west of Hurontario St.) Mississauga on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. & 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in Christ Our King Lutheran Church 2150 Dundas St. W. Mississauga on Friday February 12, 2010 at 12 noon. Interment St. John's Dixie Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Samaritans Purse In Memory of Jean would be appreciated by the family.
