We wish to extend our sincere appreciation to all out family & friends for their support during Mike's illness & final weeks. Thanks go to Chris Matthews & her team of drivers through the Cancer Society who took Mike to Sudbury for his many treatments; to the Huntsville Palliative Care Team of Dr. Deb Harrold, Norma Connolly & Bryn Milner for their extraordinary care & support; to the nurses on the East Wing at Huntsville Hospital for their patience; to Ellen, Terri & Paul who stayed with us to the end enabling us to keep Mike at home; to CCAC for their prompt attention to Mike's need; to family, friends, & neighbours for the nourishment, flowers, visits & phone calls; to Maggie, Aaustin & Skylyr who always brought a smile to Maike's face; to everyone in the Dorset Community for their overwhelming support; to those who spoke & assisted in so many ways with the memorial service - Mike yould have been speechless; to Susan & Kevin Billingsley for their understanding & assistance; to everyone for their donations, especailly to Hospice Huntsville's Residential Project. Your acts of kindness & thoughtfulness will never be forgotten.
