CURTIS, Mr. Harold Seymour Passed peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital with his children by his side, on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Plunkett). Dear father of Susan (Sandy) Jeffrey, of Thunder Bay, and Harold A. (Cathy) Curtis, of Ottawa. Wonderful Papa of Kylene (Steve) Jeffrey, Max (Christine) Curtis, Alex (Joanne) Jeffrey and Christine (Bill) Waddell. Cherished great-grand- father of Margaret Waddell and Johanna Curtis. Beloved son of Samuel and Annie Curtis of Maple Farm. Harold will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He is also predeceased by his dear friend Nora Sherman. Harold was a member of RCL Bronte Branch, the Burlington Branch Navy Club, Church of the Epiphany and the Burlington Horticultural Society. Special thank you to the Oakville and Burlington Dialysis staff and the staff on "1E" and "4E" Med at the OT Hospital and the Paramed staff in supporting his wish to remain in his own home. Visitation will be held at Oakview Funeral Home (905-842-2252) on Friday, March 5th, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service in the Oakview Chapel on Saturday, March 6 at 1:30 p.m. Donations may be made to Oakville Hospital Foundation, specifically indicate the Dialysis Unit.
